The property will contact guests directly in order to give instructions regarding check-in.After booking, City旅遊便宜 Marque may charge up to ￡500 security deposit on guests’ credit card for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable upon departure from the apartment subject to damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note the property will require a method of payment to cover any incidentals during your stay.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.
Guests must also provide a valid photo ID upon check-in.
The property has a strict non-party policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
Check-in in time is strictly 15:00 - 18.30. Late check-in can be arranged at an additional fee, between 18:30–21:00 for GBP 30 and between 21:00–23:00 for GBP 50. For arrivals after 23:00, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost starting at GBP 50.
A minimum security deposit of GBP 400 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
